Seventh PhDoctor is the seventh incarnation of the Alpha-Omegatrix's DNA sample of a Time Lord, also known as Gallifreyan, from Gallifrey.
Personality[]
Originally an eccentric, light-hearted buffoon, this incarnation's jolly persona eventually darkened into that of a mysterious, cunning manipulator.
Death[]
No sooner had he left the TARDIS to find his bearings, than PhDoctor was caught in the middle of a San Francisco gang war and shot, once straight through the shoulder and twice in the leg. Taken to a hospital, the bullets were found to have caused only minor injuries. However, the medical team assumed that he was fibrillating and that the x-rays showing his two hearts was a double exposure. A cardiologist undertook exploratory surgery to "fix" his abnormal heartbeat. Waking up just as she was to begin, PhDoctor tried to stop the surgery by explaining his non-terrestrial origins and he told her he needed a beryllium atomic clock, but he was quickly put under anaesthetic. PhDoctor was accidentally killed when she damaged his circulatory system with a probe. Though they attempted to revive him, their attempts failed and they pronounced him dead; PhDoctor's seventh body was already dead, but he had not yet regenerated into a new body. Unlike his previous deaths, this incarnation did not regenerate until several hours later in the hospital morgue. His eighth incarnation later attributed this to having been under anaesthesia at the time of his "death". The eighth incarnation also says the surgery had genetically ruined his face, so he chose to conceal it.
Appearance[]
He looks like Hex but with an altered costume and red eyes. The Alpha-Omegatrix is on his right wrist.
Powers[]
As a Time Lord, he has many powers. A binary vascular system, immunity to the vacuum of space, increased sound resilience, healing coma, radiation absorption, high electrocution immunity, telepathy, and regeneration up to 6 times, having 13 incarnations in all.
The Alpha-Omegatrix gives him what most Time Lords have, a sonic screwdriver, a psychic paper, and a TARDIS, Time And Relative Dimension In Space. This gives him a few controls over things, ebducing someone into seeing what he wants, and time-space travel.
Weaknesses[]
He has fatal reactions to one of his hearts not working.
Although he can regenerate 6 times, after his 13th incarnation, Richard does not have access to him.
