Sentient Ultimate Wildmutt was one of the seven Ultimate forms trapped inside the Omnitrix that rebelled against Ben while trapped in the Ultimatrix.

Sentient Ultimate Wildmutt was seen in a flashback in the prerequisite episode Permanently Ultimate, Ultimately Permanent when Ben recalled the Sentient Ultimate forms after seeing that Khyber had Sentient Ultimate Humungousaur's helmet as a trophy.

Sentient Ultimate Wildmutt appears the same as Ultimate Wildmutt, but with no Ultimatrix symbol on his chest.
