History[]
12th Century AD[]
Around the 12th century AD, Gynura, a Tennyson ancestor, aided Georgius in ending the threat of Diagon and his Doormakers running amok in Asia. Following her death, her son Heng took on the mission and together with the eternal Georgius and many other people of the time, the first form of the Forever Knights was born as the Gynurans. As a group, they struck down the Diagon, but some original members parted ways and went on to start off new factions due to disagreements on how to execute the plan.
2011-2012[]
As the decades went by, the Forever Knights were born out of the factions, but the original mission of decimating Diagon was lost. Around 2011, during the attack of Vilgax on Earth (in Vengeance of Vilgax), Eli Griswold was terrified. Seeking a way to deal with the threats on Earth himself, he met Aion. Traversing the timeline, they found out the history of the Gynurans and Sir George (except for his birth).
2013[]
In 2013, in Foreverlasting, Eli provided the history of the Gynurans and Sir George to Ben Tennyson, with the intent of knighting Ben as the new leader of the team. With Ben against the idea of associating with Forever Knights, Eli happily renamed to the Second Gynurans.
In Can't Trust the Weather, Man, with Eli still as the de-facto leader of the Second Gynurans, he brought three knights to help fight Hurricane Vance. They failed spectacularly.
In Plight of Pinocchio, it is revealed the three knights are classmates of Ben - Cash (Comedy), JT (Tragedy), and Selina, who is new to town.
In Escalation, their de-facto leader Eli takes his life expecting Aion to revive him to give him immortality. With Aion having refused, the fate of the Second Gynurans is left unknown.
Trivia[]
- Before battle, they shout "Gynurans Forever" to call back to the same cry used by the first Gynurans in their attack on the Diagon in the 12th century.
