Appearance[]
Sandbox's skin is made entirely of sand. Some people make the incorrect assumption that this means he is entirely made of sand, which is not true. Technically his skeleton is made of Sandstone. His exact appearance varies due to his shape shifting powers.
He has three fingers and three toes on each hand or foot, even if he appears to have more or less.
Powers and Abilities[]
Sandbox possesses a solid skeleton which is in turn surrounded by sand. He can manipulate the sand as though it was his own flesh, and its solid nature allows him to even stretch his skeleton if needed to. However, doing this makes his joints weaker. This skeleton makes him physically very strong and the sand makes him incredibly durable as well as giving them limited shape-shifting ability.
Sandbox is made of sand so that he can disguise himself amongst the sandy deserts of their home planet. Skilled Erodinians can turn their own skeletons into sand which makes it harder for them to be found in their natural environments.
Weaknesses[]
Water can make Sandbox sluggish and unable to shape shift.
The cold can also slow down Sandbox, as he fares better in warmer environments.
