Rulerus is the Omnitrix's DNA sample of a Ododermis Lacrosmarus from the planet Methanos. He is a free use alien made by Blake.
Appearance[]
Rulerus is a small alien whose body resembles a six-flippered walrus. His actual body is obscured by the nonsensical skin suit worm across it, displaying roughly 35 other Omnitrix transformations. He has three tusks, two on top and one on the bottom. He has circular green eyes that are sunken into his body. The portions of his body where the skin sections meet each other are red in color.
Rulerus wears the Omnitrix on his forehead.
Personality[]
Rulerus is a savage beast and will attack anything near it, friend or foe. In the event one does manage to bypass this, Rulerus will have an annoying personality of trying to correct everything said by others, though will often just come up with a random fact on the spot, keeping in theme with most statistics actually being falsified because the human race is so gullible they'll believe such an idea if it just seems like it can be true.
Powers[]
- Rulerus vomits up a gollop of skin and flesh, dubbed a Skincrawler, which will find a host to use as Rulerus' minion. Those that resist too much, or run out of use, will have their skin removed, and then usually absorbed into Rulerus.
- Rulerus' sharp teeth are dangerous, as creatures several times the size of his body have been killed by members of his species with relative ease.
- Rulerus is good at swimming and resists the cold.
Weaknesses[]
- Rulerus' savage nature is incapable of being tamed. He is also annoying even if someone does manage to gain his trust.
- Rulerus' materials are arbitrarily left to things like skin, fur or hair, nails, chitin, blubber, bones, etc. He cannot use plant material, rocks or crystals, metal (aside from some trace amounts such as iron or copper), energy, etc.
- Rulerus cannot use the powers of the aliens his skin has, outside of some minimal physical traits such as durability or slipperiness, and even that is restricted to just the portions of his body with the aliens applicable.

Etymology[]
- Rulerus's name is a play on "rule"/"ruler" and "walrus."
- Rulerus's species name is a play on "Odobenus rosmarus," the scientific name of the walrus, "epidermis," referring to the skin, and "lacrimal," referring to tear glands.
Trivia[]
- Rulerus was the twelfth in an experiment of having several people give attributes for a single alien, independent of each other, with Blake needing to figure out the design and the way all the powers could come together cohesively.
- Rulerus' Skincrawlers reference Facehuggers from Alien and Starro's starfish from DC Comics, while being inspired by Whampire's Corrupturas. Their name references the Skullcrawlers of Skull Island.
- Rulerus having a walrus-shaped skin suit over his body is a reference to the 2014 Kevin Smith movie, Tusk. He is also incapable of crying, another reference to the film. His three tusks are a nod to the Horkers, walrus-like creatures from The Elder Scrolls.
