The Rooters are a rouge plumber organization in Ben 10: Ultimate Hero. They first appeared in Poisoned Well.

Background[]

The Rooters were formed by Servantis when he began to question the strength of the Plumbers, believing that they were becoming soft. After the death of Devin Levin, he began an insurrection, rallying others to his cause. After fleeing to the Null Void, they began to set up their headquarters.

Servantis, Leadner, and Swift became the remaining leaders of the Rooters after the others "saw things differently" and were terminated.

History[]

The Rooters first appeared in the episode, Poisoned Well. Where they modified a standard Plumber ship, turning it into a deadly craft that was capable of unleashing a deadly toxin into a planets atmosphere. Two of the Rooters, Servantis and Leander, oversaw it's operation. The group planned to use their ship to poison Earth, so they could distract the Plumbers long enough to focus on their real target. When The Rooters tried to save their ship from being taken over by Ben Tennyson, they attempted to teleport their vessel directly to their base, but failed to do so. Servantis stated that they did not suffer a failure, but rather, it was a setback. He proclaimed that in time, they would show Max Tennyson why they did what they did.

In the episode Retrospect, Servantis ordered Swift to steal the ancient mind prison from the Plumber vault, learning how it was found by Ben Tennyson and what transpired between him and Rook Blonko, Servantis lured Ben, Gwen, Kevin, and Max into an old monument on Khoros that was connected to the history of the artifact and Rook's species. Servantis and his men overheared the conversations by using their technology to remain hidden until they revealed themselves. Servantis then ordered his men to capture Kevin, but were forced to flee.
