Rin Ishii (石井 りん, Ishii Rin) is a 11-year-old girl who is the first year college student. She forming a contract with Polymorph engineer Kolodis to transforms into Cyber Goop (サイバーグープ, Saibā Gūpu) to fight DNAliens and the Mutantborgs in order to protect the universe.

This is her basic form of Cyber Goop.
Powers & Abilities[]
Goop is indestructible, making it difficult to defeat her by attacking her body.
Goop is able to generate and shoot slime from any part of her body. The slime she generates can either be acidic or adhesive. She can shoot it in continuous streams similar to a water hose or in blob-like projectiles. She is even capable of spitting out either slime or acid despite having no visible mouth.
Goop is capable of making herself and her touch acidic at will. her acid is also able to dissolve a large variety of materials.
Goop can stretch, bend and deform herself into any shape or form.
Due to being made of slime, Goop can hold objects inside her body. She can also do this with individuals to protect them.
Goop can produce multiple slime tentacles from her body to grab multiple opponents.
Goop can regenerate and rebuild herself with ease.
Goop possesses enhanced strength and can increase the impact power of her attacks by stretching herself backwards and using the recoil to launch enemies with a single punch.
Goop can breathe underwater.
Goop can change her density depending on her desire.
Goop can pass under an enemy's foot in order to make them slip.
Goop can stick and scale on walls without difficulty.
Goop can survive in intense heat.
Goop can mimic the shape of simple objects to fool an opponent.
Similar to Ghostfreak, Goop has movable eyes.
Equipment[]
Goop's Anti-Gravity Projector allows her to change her shape, form, length, width, and height at will, as well as granting Goop the ability to fly and levitate. If Goop loses her Anti-Gravity Projector, the different kind of Omnitrices can immediately generate a new one.
With her Anti-Gravity Projector, Goop has enough strength.
Goop can control and launch her Anti-Gravity Projector at enemies to attack them due to the edges of it being razor-sharp.
Thanks to her Anti-Gravity Projector, Goop is capable of high-speed flight.
Weaknesses[]
Goop is limited to her Anti-Gravity Projector controlling her body. If it is separated from her by more than two feet or turned off, Goop's body collapses into an immobilized puddle until it recollects it. She can only struggle to move since she cannot change shape or make appendages to move without her Anti-Gravity Projector.
Goop's Anti-Gravity Projector can be disabled by a shot from a Positron Blaster, which makes her spin around extremely quickly and then separate into multiple parts.
Goop's Anti-Gravity Projector can be switched off.
Goop can be hurt if she is spun really fast in a centrifuge, which will cause her to begin separating into her constituent compounds.
Goop cannot regenerate if she is being continuously attacked.
Goop is vulnerable to suction.
Goop can be affected by a Nemuina's sleeping dust.
Goop is vulnerable to being hypnotized.

By switching her Cybertrix dial to its vehicle mode, Goop can transform into her mecha form, G-31 Cyber Goop City Commuter. In this form, Goop can combines as the Cerberus' tail cannon of Cyber Omni-Kaiser combination.
