Rath is the Omnitrix's DNA sample of an Appoplexian from the planet Appoplexia.
Appearance[]
Rath's appearance is a combinatin of his designs from Heroes United and Omniverse. He has the body of the former, but the outfit of the latter. However, his outfit is slightly altered, as his gloves are now just wrist bands, his boots only have one X on each, and his belt is a normal belt rather than that of a Luchador. His claws are also white. 16-year-old Rath appeared as he did in Heroes United, but with white eyebrows.

Ben Tennyson (16-year-old)[]
- 16-year-old Rath appeared in The More They Stay the Same when the original timeline leaked into Earth-2018, specifically taking him from his appearance in Greetings From Techadon. He worked with his (now alternate) future self as Overflow to take down the Techadon.
Fistina[]
- Rath first reappeared in The New Outbreaks. The broken Omnitrix sent a small amount of energy through the Plumbers Headquarters, affecting some prisoners, one of which was Fistina, who became Rath. She was broken out by Psyphon as Jetray and helped him in his efforts to escape the Headquarters. She was defeated by Pesky Dust putting her to sleep.

- Alongside Arctiguana, Eatle, and Jetray, Rath's first reappearance by one of Ben's villains instead of Ben.
- ChamAlien also first reappeared used by someone other than Ben, but it was Rook rather than a villain.
- Rath's Heroes United standing pose was made by TheHawkDown.
- Rath's white eyebrows in his 16-year-old design are a nod to his eyebrows in the Reboot.
