The Ranovan Dictator was the dictator of Ranova until he was killed by Lucifer.[1]

Appearance[]
The dictator bears a striking resemblance to Jarrett of the Pantophage, albeit much less fat and just larger than human size. It is unknown if this was intentional.
History[]

The dictator accepted a chunk of a valuable crystal in exchange for giving Blitz and Lucifer the right to conduct tests on the planet. After he realizes the crystal is worth nothing, he follows them to the facility. After a fight scene, he escapes with his men and the crystal, but Blitz and Lucifer later head to the palace where Lucifer personally kills the dictator.[1]
