Rana is a character in Ben 10: Ultimate Hero. He was a Commander and briefly the Emperor of the Incursean Empire. He first appeared in the episode, Dissolution.
Appearance[]
Rana is a fairly average Incursean with golden add-ons on his uniform.
Personality[]
Rana was a respectable commander of the Incursean Empire. Building his rank and eventually becoming Milleous' right-hand man. However, he eventually grew unpleasant with the ideals of the empire.
Powers and Abilities[]
As a Commander of the Incursean Empire, Raff had some authority among the Armada. However, he eventually became Emperor for a short time, ordering the entire fleet to set a course to a deserted planet for his people to settle on. He also used his new command to release Ben, Gwen, and Kevin from inprisonment.
History[]
Rana appeared in the episode Dissolution, where he proposed to Emperor Milleous a plan to send the Armada over to a deserted planet for the entire race to settle down on, given the fact that the Incurseans have never had a homeworld ever since the original one was destroyed many years ago. Milleous refused, stating that the Empire did not need saving.
Later on, Rana was able to gather a few that were loyal to his cause, and took Milleous into custody. The Commander informed the Armada that he took over as Emperor of the Empire and informed everyone of their new mission to settle down on his designated planet. Soon after, Rana freed Ben, Gwen, and Kevin, leading them to a transporter room where they would head back to Earth. Unknown to them, Raff was able to free Milleous.
When Rana reunited with Milleous. A massive Highbreed Armada intercepted the Incursean fleet, and created a dampening field that caused the Incursean ships engines to not function, leading up to a massive conflict. During the battle, Milleous was murdered by Kevin, but not before fatally wounding Rana, who was able to create a portal, allowing the gang to return to Earth.
After the battle, the entire Incursean Armada was destroyed by the Highbreed.
