Raff is a villain in Ben 10: Ultimate Hero. He was a Commander of the Incursean Empire. He first appeared in the episode, Dissolution.
Appearance[]
Raff is an alien with a partially metallic body. From his shoulders up to his forehead, he is almost entirely silver and made out of metal. Raff wears a purple and black robe over his body.
Personality[]
Raff was a loyal commander to the Empire, he acted on orders without hesitation and put his duty above all else.
Powers and Abilities[]
As a Commander of the Incursean Empire, Raff had some high authority. He was once Milleous' right-hand man until Commander Rana took his place.
History[]
When Commander Rana took Milleous into custody and took over as Emperor, Raff hatched a plan to free his former Emperor and sought to stop Rana's plan to bring the Empire to a deserted planet to settle down on. Reaching the command deck, Raff attempted to bring the fleet back on course to Earth, but realized that the auto navigation was activated and was encrypted. He then discovered that Rana had released Ben, Gwen, and Kevin, and were heading towards the transporter chamber. Raff stayed inside the command center while Milleous went in with a group of his loyal soldiers to stop Rana.
When a massive Highbreed Armada intercepted the Incursean fleet, and created a dampening field that caused the Incursean ships engines to not function, a massive conflict began. During the battle, Raff was killed when the command center was destroyed by the Highbreed. After the battle, the entire Incursean Armada was destroyed by the Highbreed.
