Commander Raff is a villain in Bonds. He first appeared in Cool Kids. He is a Sylonnoid from an unknown planet, the commander of the Incursean empire and Emperor Milleous' right-hand man. He is the Timeline 1 equivalent of the canon Commander Raff.
Appearance[]
Commander Raff has his Omniverse appearance, but his colors match the color palette of Heroes United.
Personality[]
Commander Raff is very loyal to Emperor Milleous and is willing to follow his commands without question. He is also somewhat cowardly and relies on his subordinates to fight on his behalf.
History[]
Prior to Bonds[]
At some point, Emperor Milleous bought Raff, his right-hand man, from a Sylonnoid factory shortly after he was assembled.
Bonds[]
In Cool Kids, Commander Raff was first seen shortly after Emperor Milleous and the Amalgam Kids returned to the Incursean ship. He later walked around the ship with a small group of Incurseans to look for Emperor Milleous and was confronted by Alan, who demanded he hand over the Conquest Ray. Helen soon arrived with the Conquest Ray and ran away with Alan. Unbeknownst to her, it was actually a decoy. It exploded, injuring her and damaging the ship. All three Amalgam Kids were then surrounded by Emperor Milleous, Commander Raff and the Incurseans and were forced to surrender. Unfortunately for the Incurseans, the Rooters opened a portal to the ship and retrieved the Amalgam Kids.
Powers and Abilities[]
Raff has the ability to teleport to any place, though it is only due to technology rather than his own power. He seems to have very high authority in the Incursean empire, but he is often bullied into doing others' bidding.
