Psyphon is a villain in Ben 10: Not On His Watch.
Personality[]
Psyphon is a cowardly, yet loyal lackey to Vilgax. He will do nearly anything for him. Some say it's because he wasn't loved enough as a child. Psyphon's not much for combat himself, but he is a very capable and skilled fighter when he needs to be. Unless ordered to do something, Psyphon will usually try to avoid trouble.

Psyphon is cybernetic. He has a multitude of gadgets and gizmos implanted into him, including ray guns, bombs, shields, welding torches, and other quirky things!
History[]
At some point, Psyphon joined forces with Vilgax. Psyphon now serves as Vilgax's right-hand man and tech support.
