Providence is a secretive international organization which handles all extraterrestrial matters on Earth.
History[]
In response to the revelation that aliens exist, Earth's governments created an organization known as Providence to handle all extraterrestrial matters and liase with Liberation. As a gesture of good faith, Liberation decided to allow Providence to repurpose the technology inside the Techadon factory which had crashed on Earth for their operations.
Providence's main headquarters is in Washington.
When the Levins moved to Washington, Devin became a field agent of Providence and often brought his son Kevin to headquarters. One day, Kevin exposed his energy absorption abilities out of necessity. This caused Providence to take an interest in him, going so far as to offer to recruit him, which Devin shot down. When he found out that they went behind his back to try and recruit him, he angrily quit, and the family moved to Bellwood.
