The Omnimatrix Mk. I better known as the Prototype Omnitrix or the Prototrix is an alien device created by Azmuth and his two helpers Myaxx and Albedo that gives the user the ability to transform into different alien lifeforms. It is Ben Tennyson's main weapon in Ben 10: Alien Storm.
Appearance[]
The Prototrix has the shape of a plain wrist watch. It's grey and has green tubes coming out of the center. It has two black spots with green lines resembling circuitry similar to a Galvanic Mechamorph. It has a green button on the side and the watch face has two plates in the shape of the Intergalactic Peace Symbol which flip down to reveal the core.

General[]
- The Prototrix can transform the user into different alien lifeforms. However due to it's low storage, it can only hold 10, so in order to unlock new aliens, an already unlocked alien must be locked.
- The Prototrix and scan different alien species to add them to the active list. At the cost of an already unlocked alien.
- The Prototrix can be plugged to an actual phone charger to charge faster.
- The Prototrix can lock aliens on the active list.
- The Prototrix can remove aliens from the active list.
Extentions[]
- The Prototrix can fire lasers while not in alien form.
- The Prototrix has an A.I. and can communicate with the user.
- If the Prototrix collides with a different version of it, it can download 10 different aliens from that device.
- The Prototrix has a teleportation feature.

The Prototrix displays the aliens as silhouettes.
Symbol Location[]
The Prototrix symbol can be located anywhere around the alien. Examples are Upgrade, as it appears on the center of his eye, and Creeper, as it appears on his hand.
Clothing[]
With the exception of a few (Heatblast, Ghostfreak, Overflow, Wildmutt, and Brainstorm) all the aliens have clothing. However five aliens don't have clothing as they either do not need it, or it would interfere with their powers.
