Protamatrix

The Protamatrix is a new Omnitrix created by Azmuth. Since it's in working progress, it's not ready to use because of it's new features. Instead of useing Primus to store the DNA samples, it has a storage vault inside it, so it can store every DNA sample from every species in the galaxy in the watch it's self. In Orion 10, it is used by Orion Pax, a 16 year old half osmosian, half human.

Modes

Active Mode/ Unlimited Mode (Green)	This is Active Mode. Active Mode is the Protamatrix's default mode. Unlimited Mode is the same as Active Mode, it just means that the Protamatrix user may use more then 10 DNA samples now.
Recharge Mode (Red)	When the Protamatrix times out, it goes into Recharge Mode. It takes around 5 minutes to recharge, though it may take more time if tampered with. The Protamatrix core, when recharging, acts like an hourglass. The Protamatrix can instantly recharge to protect the user from direct physical threat. If the user is knocked out or hurt enough, the Protamatrix will revert user to their normal form.
S.D.M. (Self-Destruct Mode) (Orange)	In S.D.M., (Self-Destruct Mode), the Protamatrix counts down until it explodes. In 5 Earth days, the Protamatrix will charge enough energy to cause an energy ripple that will destroy the entire universe. When the S.D.M. is activated, the Protamatrix sends out a signal that any ship can pick up. S.D.M. functions as a last resort should the Protamatrix fall into the wrong hands. S.D.M. can be activated by Voice Command.
Scan Mode (Yellow)	When a new DNA sample has been added/captured, An old DNA sample goes into lock down in the vault. It can also reclaim lost or removed alien DNA that was in the vault. Orion can switch out new DNA from the vault, but he must lock another DNA sample to use a new one. The Protamatrix may only use 10 DNA samples for now, until Azmuth unlockes the Unlimited Mode.
Recalibration Mode (Blue)	The Protamatrix begins to recalibrate while selecting a set of new aliens. The Protamatrix has 10 of different forms (this is to fit different users).
Controlled Mode (Purple)	The Protamatrix glows purple when some sort of technoligy has taken control or tempered it. It will function poorly.
Effected Mode (Pink)	The Protamatrix glows pink when some sort of magic has taken control or tampered it. It will function poorly.
Malfunctioning Mode (Grey)	The Protamatrix will be grey if its not properly working right. Some of its normal fuctions will malfunction or not work right.
Stop Mode (Black)	The Protamatrix will shut down and turn black. It means its turned off completely. No functions will work unless reactivated.

Weakness

Because it's a portotype, the Protamatrix can only hold 10 different species in it's vault. Azmuth said it will be taken out when Orion has collected up to 50 DNA samples. It's also has a timer that lasts for 30 minutes, however, it shortens five minutes for every transformation switch
