Officer maulkin had light brown skin, simmilar to a slug. He posses Four eyes allowing him to see multiple angles at the same time. He has a large mouth and a set of straight teeth. He has long arms, with a high flexability that his race possess, and three fingers on each hand. His race lack thumbs but make up for it with highly dexterious fingers.
He wears regular Plumber issue armour, but possess a green belt with pouches, containing medical objects, a black combat helmet, and an additional shoulder guard with a medical sign on. He also has A combat blaster.

He is one of the best Medics in the galaxy.
He knows Max Tennyson very well.
He is accurate and skilled with his blaster.
His blaster has functions, that regular blasters do not, for medical use.

- Maulkin greatest fear was revealed in the episode "Fear Itself" In Ben 10 Omniverse:tua. He saw Fangs and darkness.... This was a vision of a war that ravaged Maulkins home when he was young. A war he was forced to flee from.
- Maulkin's race have powerful adrenalin glands, enabling combat highs that make him acrobatic and fast.
- Maulkin comes from a family of medics. Many of them are Plumbers. He has accuired a higher rank than them and his family is incrediably proud.
- He became a member of Ben and Rook's Alpha strike Force, he was the first member, and is acting chief if Ben and Rook are unavailable.
