This is the version of Phil that appears in Earth-68. He appears in Ryder 10 and Omnimania.
Dimension 2 (Ryder 10)[]
Phil debuts as the Magister of Earth, taking the mantle after Max Tennyson disappearing. He works for Psychobos, allowing him and Vilgax to break into the Mt. Rushmore Plumber base. Brago discovers that he was responsible, and throws him into the Null Void.
Later, Psychobos frees Phil from the Null Void, and uses him as the test experiment for the Nemetrix, transforming him into Terroranchula. This causes a mutation, turning him into a human Terroranchula hybrid. Psychobos throws him back into the Null Void afterwards, when he meets and joins the Rooters. He invades Mt. Rushmore with them, taking Kevin with them.

Dimension 763 (Omnimania)[]
Phil appears after being freed from the Null Void by Psychobos, disguised in full black armor and taking the name "Black Knight." Psychobos enhances Phil's power to allow him to control the Omnitrix transformations and lock them in that form. He controls most of the events of the episode before being defeated by the Omni Crew.
