Percival is the headquarters of the World Army. It the easternmost district of the capital city of Plutonon of the unnamed country within the walls in Attack on To'kustar on Earth-404.
Physical layout[]
The district is broken down into three main sections: the barracks, which serve as the residential area for soldiers stationed in the capital; the training complex, which is where all new members of the army spend two years training; and the military command building, which serves as the base of operations for the high council in planning military strategy.
The district has a very steampunk like appearance. Percival is by far the most advanced technological city within the walls, using a large amount of steam power and new technology to do everything from provide heat and electricity to maintain cleanliness.

Percival is named after the founder of the World Army, Sir Edwin Percival.[1]
