Penguin Eye Guy is a brownish-yellow colour. He is taller than most penguins and has eyes all over his body, except on his head.
Powers[]
Penguin Eye Guy has 360 vision and can wall climb. He has super strength and can shoot various energy beams from his eyes. If he combines them together the energy beams become more powerful. If he combines all of them together he can shoot his most powerful beam that causes his eye to nearly detatch from his body. He has great hearing, like Wildmutt's.
Weaknesses[]
If Eye Guy is hit in the eye he could die.
