Parati resembles 16-year old Eye Guy in Omniverse, except he also wears a green shirt with an exposed hole to use his chest eye.
History[]
Parati was an eyewitness to The Eye stabbing incidents and was targeted by the gang before being saved by the group. Parati later uses his DNA to make Kazuya’s Cybertrix and defeats the culprit with a powerful chest eye beam.

Being an Opticoid, he shares many of the same strengths as Eye Guy.
