Appearance[]
PHAcid is a humanoid alien covered in constantly flowing acid. He has a skeletal appearance, with wings covered in hardened acid. His eye is seperated into seven sections, and has a very irregular shape. His uniform consists of wingtips and a belt that protect the SpecTrix from his corrosive body.
Weaknesses[]
PHAcid isn't very strong thanks to his skeletal build, and he is unable to stop producing the acid that flows on his body. In addition, any exposure to a base will cause an explosive reaction that can damage him as much as his surroundings.
Planet and Species Information[]
PHAcid is a Bæronstäd from the planet Arhêniun. Bæronstäd are mostly composed of a metallic skeleton containing a complex nervous system. This metallic skeleton is strangely resistant to acid, and researchers are currently looking into the possibilities of recreating and mass producing a similar substance.
Arhêniun is a dwarf planet covered in acidic oceans and swamps, with an atmosphere made mostly of carbon gasses. To put it bluntly, an unprotected human in this enviroment would drop dead within a couple of seconds and quickly be decomposed by the acidic ground. (Which also happens to be full of mulcher worms. They're pretty much exactly what they sound like.)
This planet is completely avoided under most circumstances, but has proved itself to be a valuable exporter of radioactive elements such as uranium and plutonium, which fuel everything from spacecraft to time machines. As such, a large industry has formed around mining these elements, though it has been somewhat hindered by the extremely hostile enviroment.
