Overflow is an Pisscis from the planet Aquarite. He can morph his body into any aquatic creature. He appeared in Ken 10, Fred 40, JUU BTUU, and BTMT. He is also planned to be in Ben 10 Xtreme Power and Mike 10.

He first appeared in the episode Ben 10,000 Rises where Ben 10,000 unlocked Overflow for Ben.
Ben 10: Multi Trixes[]
In BTMT, he is slightly different. He is made of water, and can no longer shapeshift into any aquatic creature. He is able to soak himself in cloth or paper.
In A Visit From Fibrus, he was used to "kill" Paparo, even though Paparo returned later on. In The Beginning of the End, Part 2, he was used to attack various Flatonians in the Central Connection Station.
Overflow also appears in Ambrose 10 Hero Generation.
Ben 10: Alien Legends[]
Overflow is known as a Hydronian from the water planet Tsunamios. Most Hydronians are free flowing on their planet, but some have a mask that holds them together when traveling on land, which is rare for their species. Overflow's mask has a rounded 'T' design with two green eyes on the horizontal bar. The Omnitrix is located on the forehead of Overflow's mask. His weaknesses include, extreme heat and cold temperatures. And when evaporated, he is basically useless.
Ben 10: Ultimate Universe[]
He appears in Running in the Dark to defeat Zs'Skayr.
His alien genetic data is deleted from the Omnitrix in a battle with Malgax
