Otto is a villain in Ben 10: Protector of the Omniverse. He is the Timeline 1 equivalent of the canon Otto.
Appearance[]
He has his Omniverse appearance, but his colors match the color palette of Heroes United.
Personality[]
He is a rogue artificial intelligence unit with back stabbing tendencies, yet he is well mannered. He has the typical egomaniacal personality.
History[]
Prior to Bonds[]
Otto started out as a faulty A.I. Unit for a ventilator.
At some point, Otto hired Bubble Helmet to become his right-hand man.
Sometime in 1986, Otto offered to give Adriel Albright a Null Void Projector.
Bonds[]
In Never Forget You, Otto and Bubble Helmet arrived on Earth to give Adriel the Null Void Projector in exchange for some Taydens. They both discouraged him from going into the Null Void. Adriel respectfully declined their advice and Otto and Bubble Helmet promptly left Earth.
Powers and Abilities[]
Otto can merge with technology and reconfigure it.
Otto can drill through metal with his hands.
Weaknesses[]
Unless he is merged with other technology, Otto is not physically capable in hand-to-hand combat and even has to be carried around by one of his henchmen.
