Orthopterrans[1] are a grasshopper-humanoid-like aliens. The species are all "grasshoppers, crickets, locusts, and wetas".[2][3]

Due to their relatively large and muscular legs, Crashhopper's species are able to jump extremely large distances. When they jump, they create a shockwave.
This species can use their heads as battering rams and can scale walls.
This species doesn't have any endoskeleton. Their exoskeleton on their head is as strong as steel. It's full of viscous shock absorbing fluid to protect internal organs.[2][4]
