Voice Actor | Tara Platt |
The Omnitrix is the Dimension RE15 equivalent of the Omnitrix and the watch-like device that is used by Ben Tennyson to transform into various alien lifeforms. Unlike other Omnitrixes, which usually possess a advanced AI or some degree of sapience, this Omnitrix is fully sentient, capable of human speech and has its own personality. While the Omnitrix has no defined gender, Ben, Gwen and Kai refer to it as female due to its voice, and eventually the Omnitrix began to see itself as female.
Appearance[]
The Omnitrix is exactly the same as her canon counterpart's appearance in the original series. After completing her Ultimate upgrade, her appearance changed, becoming identical to her canon reboot counterpart's appearance in the second season.
History[]
The Omnitrix's creation was incited following the appearances of the Celestialsapien Warriors and their campaigns of mass destruction and death across ten planets, bringing a total of ten species to virtual extinction - the Saiyans and Tuffles of planet Tuffle, the Gourmands of the Peptos system, the Vladats of planet Anur Vladis, and six other unknown races. Fearing further destruction by the seemingly invincible creatures, a peace conference between the majority of the sapient races of the Milky Way Galaxy occured on Primus, the uninhabitated planet located closest to the centre of the galaxy, lead by the Galvan leader Azmuth, to try and devise a weapon that could fight against Celestialsapiens. Among the attendees included Azmuth's assistant Albedo, the Chimera Sui Generis leader Vilgax and his assistant Myaxx, Xylene of the Uxorites, the Ectonurite 8th-Power Ectobeing Zs'Skayr and his family, Dr. Viktor of the Transylians, the Thep Khufan leader Kuphulu, several Tetramand overlords and overlordesses such as Gar Red Wind, Gluto of the Protost, Jarret of the Pantophage, a unknown number of Naljian scholars, at least one representative of the Techadon Weapon Masters, Vexx of the Appoplexians, Strabimus of the Churl, Milleous and Attea of the Incurseons and their companion Raff, Queen Cicely of the Lewodan, two unidentified Petrosapien Gemlords, a Lepidoterran Monarch named W'Grande, three unidentified Pyronite Magnus, and at least two unidentified To'kustar as guards. Among the speakers at the conference was Gine, one of the few surviving Saiyans who had lost her husband and two children during the destruction of Tuffle. Unbeknowst to the other attendees, Azmuth began to plan for the desired weapon to serve a two-fold purpose - as a instrument of creating peace in a act of repetence following the immense destruction caused by his previous creation, Ascalon.
During this conference, however, the Celestialsapiens returned, sending a warrior down to terrorize the gathered races. Azmuth was able to organise the group together into a rapidly rotating attack force, causing the Celestialsapien Warrior to be confronted and forced to think and make decisions, leaving it vulnerable to attacks. After being defeated, the Celestialsapien Warrior tore out a chunk of its own flesh, which immediatly regenerated back, and gave it to Azmuth before disappearing, leaving everyone at the peace conference to decide upon the planned Celestialsapien defence weapon - a device that allowed the user to transform into other species, a idea that fitted into Azmuth's idea of creating peace by allowing a being to walk in the shoes of other races. Using the Celestialsapien flesh to create the carapace of the device, he built Omnitrix using the idea of transformation.

Features[]
Omnitrix possesses much of the same abilities as her canon counterpart, namely allowing Ben to transform into different alien forms. She is shown to be mostly capable of controlling the form selected, but can sometimes mistransform. Omnitrix is also capable of accessing Ultimate forms - in this timeline, the function is performed by analysing the DNA, hypothesising possible evolutionary paths over the course of 100,000 years, and then selecting the absolute strongest possible evolution. In times where Ben is unable to transform, it is possible for this function to be used on his human form.
Omnitrix is also capable of generating a "Omni-Shield" of green energy, capable of protecting Ben from physical harm when needed. This function only works when he is in his human form, primarily to give him some form of defence when he cannot transform. She can also repair DNA, heal physical wounds, and adapt the clothing of both Ben and people nearby him.
Like her canon counterpart, Omnitrix is waterproof and bulletproof, can scan DNA, automatically makes the user immune to possession or being mutated by Dr. Animo's technology, and has a built-in GPS, Universal Translator, and hacking programs.
Trivia[]
- Omnitrix is officially classed as a Level 100 DNA Transmutation Device.
- Similar to Derrick J. Wyatt confirming alien races from other franchises he believes can and cannot be accepted into the current Omnixtrix, Red-Verse-Writer has confirmed some information.
- The following races are believed to be possible to be sampled into this Omnitrix:
- Kryptonians from Superman
- Titanian Eternals from the Marvel Cinematic Universe
- Martians from Mars Attacks!
- Crystal Gems from Steven Universe
- E.T's species from E.T. The Extra-terrestrial
- Engineers from Prometheus
- Irkens from Invader Zim
- Yautja from Predator
- Alicorns and Changelings from My Little Pony
- Furons and Blisk from Destroy All Humans!
- Sectoids, Vipers, Floaters, Mutons, Ethereals, Andromedons, Avatars, Chosen, Aquatoids, Gill Men, Lobstermen, Tasoths and Zudjari from XCOM
- X-tians from OK KO: Let's Be Heroes!
- Wookies, Jawas, Ewoks, Aqualishs, Hutts, Zilkin, Tusken Raiders, Rodians, Faust, Elomin, Elnacons, Gran, both subspecies of Gungans, Toydarians, Kaminoans, Ortolans, Candovatans, Ezaraa and Yoda's species from Star Wars
- Gromflomites from Rick and Morty
- Little Green Men from Toy Story and Buzz Lightyear of Star Command
- Zangans, Sarkillians, Vordi, Brakomi, Kreels and Rivus from Aliens vs. Zombies
- Namekians, Freiza's Race, and Towa's Race from Dragon Ball
- Unlike the canon Omnitrix, this Omnitrix has Anodite DNA and could also hypothetically accept Xenomorph DNA, but in doing so would inevitably hybridize the DNA with that of another sample, resulting in the Xenomorph form actually being a half-Xenomorph hybrid.
- Omnitrix may be able to accept DNA from Dagon.
- While most of the aliens from the XCOM franchise can be accepted into Omnitrix, it cannot accept DNA of the Chryssalid, Gatekeeper, the Berserker unit in XCOM 2, or any of the non-robotic terror units, as they are not sapient.
- Omnitrix also cannot accept DNA from the majority of the aliens from X-COM: Apocalypse, as they do not appear to possess sapience. However, the Anthropod, Psimorph and Skeletoid enemies may be possible to accept DNA from.
- The Faceless race's sapience is currently undecided, and so Red-Verse-Writer is uncertain whether or not this race could be included.
- Tyrant DNA could hypothetically be accepted, but the sample would need to be from a Tyrant with equal or greater intelligence than Nemesis. Hunter DNA could only be accepted if it was modified in a similar way to the Xenomorph DNA example stated earlier. Any other B.O.W., including Nosferatu and Eveline, cannot be accepted.
- Any creature from the Silent Hill series cannot be used as a DNA sample, as they do not possess DNA.
- Omnitrix also cannot accept DNA from DNAliens, Mary Moova, any of the Counter Creatures, the Nexo from Destroy All Humans!, or the titular creature from The Thing.
- DNA from Dragon Ball Z's Cell has been given a "Maybe" status.
- The following races are believed to be possible to be sampled into this Omnitrix:
- Omnitrix has some form of "biological karma" caused by those who attempt to remove or damage her, with the energy feedback emitted causing the assailant suffering directly related to them.
- When Vilgax attempted to forcefully remove Omnitrix in Vilgax Attacks, Part 2, the energy feedback severely burnt him and caused his respirator to temporarily malfunction, allowing Ben time to attempt to escape.
- After Albedo attempted to damage Omnitrix, the energy feedback reversed his Ultimate transformation and further devolved him, reducing him to a Neanderthal until Nemetrix fixed the error.
- According to Red-Verse-Writer, if any fighter from the Dragon Ball universe were to attempt to remove or damage Omnitrix, the resulting energy feedback would irreversibly drain the majority of their power from them. If Goku specifically attempted to do so, it would instead restore and accelerate the heart condition he suffered from during the Cell Arc.
