The Omnimatrix (Often referred to as the Omnitrix) is the successor to the Ultimatrix, created by Azmuth.
After all the insanity that went down after the events of Ben 10: Omniverse, Ben quit being Ben 10, and set a Self-Destruct sequence on the Omnitrix, and threw it into a river.
A few years later, the Plumbers found the Omnitrix on a very small island. It was putting out a homing beacon for Galvans to come find it, and lucky enough, Blukic and Driba found it. Because Azmuth was very busy at the time, they gave it to the one man who can repair it, Cooper Daniels. He repaired most of it, but 86% of the DNA was lost. The Omnitrix can still work, but its very broken, very rusty, and very glitchy.
Functions
There are still a few functions in the Omnitrix.
- Unlike all post-Unitrix models, it's not a wireless database to the Codon Stream. This Omnitrix has the DNA stored within it.
- Because of the Omnitrix exploding, the black squarish cover with the hourglass outline fell out, which made the holograms appear. Now it's like the very first Omnitrix, like Silhouettes. Instead of Silhouettes however, it's the Aliens' heads like the holograms.
- It adapts the user's clothes to the aliens.
- The Omnitrix has a DNA Scanner. This feature analyzes the lifeform, then unlocks the alien for use.
- The Omnitrix has a distress signal function and homing beacon for all Plumbers/Galvans to find when horribly damaged.
- Because of the Omnitrix exploding, Glitch powers have returned.
- The Omnitrix MIGHT accept Ultimates' DNA.

The Omnitrix has 12 known Aliens so far. Those being:

Trivia
- The Omnitrix is confirmed to have more than 12 Aliens, but none of them are known so far.
- The Omnitrix is still able to scan new Aliens, a re-addition by Blukic and Driba.
