This Alien originally was part of the original FIVE Aliens Cassie Benny had in her first full on appearance in 2011 or 2010's Halloween. And was forgotten. Until now.

Appearance[]
OilSpill is literle
tly made up of Oil. And likely to be a fanon alien inspired from Goop. It has blue shoulder armor. Rope connected to the extra accessor shaped to a Omnitrix symbol, except it has a Dewdrop in the middle. The Arms are black with sports like cloth crossed ontop of another. The head is,of course, black with blue eyes and a blue mouth. It even has a Omnidewtrix floating device above it to prevent the Alien from falling apart.

Oil Spill can do the same thing as Goop, only she can gather the oil at any location and relocate it somewhere else.
Cassie 12: Original Series[]
During the creation of the Series, The Writer felt she was forgetting something (Which she was, apparently) but shrugged it off and continued on. The Aliens that followed after were; SpeedGate,Lavathrend,Locknecassie,Duplite,Orcea Bat,ElectriDlat,Turtlesting.Ghost Scorpion,and Seagrade.
So this makes LadyArms,Shark Dog, Corefreeze,and Screwhedge the only sole Original fanon Aliens who were attachedd to the very Idea of a water based Omnitrix. With Sven,Anna,Cassie,and Gastro. Uncle Stallion was not planned for.
