Nova is an alien transformation in the series, Brandon 10.

Appearance

Nova takes the appearance of a muscular humanoid figure with a cone-shaped helmet over his head. The helmet has pads on each side with green lines on the sides and a visor that covers his eyes but leaves his mouth exposed. He has armored pads covering his shoulders which also have green lines on them. Nova wears gloves which has a green circle on the back of each one. There are two black stripes coming from his sides and a hole in his stomach which contains a black void and a green essence. The Ultimatrix is on his chest, in between two black lines curved to form flat ended triangles.

Transformation Sequence

Brandon spins around in DNA and curls up due to the changes. His ribs enlarge and his muscles increase. His stomach starts to split open, with a black void filling it and a green substance appearing within. Armor plating starts covering his shoulders and a helmet forms around his head, finishing the sequence with the visor lowering from the helmet, covering his eyes. Within a flash, Brandon transforms into a Nova.

Powers and Abilities

Nova has the ability to direct and absorb different types of energy, mainly nuclear and cosmic energies. He also has super strength and durability as well as the ability to fly at enhanced speeds.

Weaknesses

Nova has no known weaknesses.

History

In Planet X, Brandon unlocked Nova and used him to push an entire planet.

• Nova was inspired by the Marvel character(s) with the same name.
• Nova would have appeared earlier in the series, perhaps during To The Extreme, but he was saved for the Season 3 finale.
