Neon Skye is an alternative version Neon Skye and a hero and a former mogul in Dimension 23 who first appeared in Store 23.
Appearance[]
Neon 23 is a preteen Prismosapien. His flames are blue with gold accents, his skin is blue, and his eyes are blue with gold accents. He wears a black waistcoat with blue pockets over his white shirt (revealing his short sleeves), a blue tie, blue pants, he wears black and light blue sneakers. He wears the Hero Watch on his left wrist.
Personality[]
Unlike his prime counterpart, he let the fame go to his head. Of course, it didn't help that his adoptive mothers used him to get money and live a life of fortune and happiness, causing them to not be in his life at all.
That made him become overconfident, arrogant, and reckless because of it. He also did not have the same sense of right and wrong and didn't want to use his Omni to fight crime or help others in need.
After he met his prime counterpart, he began to act less arrogant and more heroic.

He has standard Prismosapien abilities.
Weaknesses[]
He tends to fight recklessly in front of people and often has little to no strategy when fighting his enemies.
He is afraid of local news weather ladies.
