After Malware scanned the Omnitrix he gave the blueprint to Dr. Psychobos to make an Omnitrix to destroy Azmuth and everything he's made, including the Omnitrix. Khyber the Huntsman was hired to collect as much Predator DNA as possible.

Phil Billings[]
After Phil was imprisoned in the Null Void Dr. Psychobos and Malware used him as the first user of the Nemetrix. It was revealed that a sapient species cannot use the Nemetrix without causing major and permanent brain damage. This didn't work out so they sent him back to the Null Void.
Zed[]
Zed is a dog-like alien that was owned by Khyber to wear the Nemetrix. After The Faction was defeated, Zed escaped before she could be captured and was found by Kevin. He and Zed bonded and he now takes care of her.

When Khyber whistles he activates the Nemetrix and makes the user turn into whichever predator he wants.
