The Nemetrix is a knock-off version of the Omnitrix. It was created by two mysterious individuals. It used by Abyss's pet. Its owner used it to turn it into predatory species of the Omnitrix aliens.

It has its OV appearance but in Monster Musume anime style.
Features[]
- Like the Omnitrix, the Nemetrix has the ability to transform the user, but instead of sapient beings, it transforms the user into non-sapient beings that are actually the natural predators of Omnitrix aliens.
- The user can transform on its own.
- The Nemetrix can display silhouettes of its aliens.
- It can also store DNA within itself.
