For those unversed in the practical purposes of these abilities, this basically allows NUclES to transmute matter into other matter, energy into other energy, matter into energy, and vice versa.
Appearance[]
NUclES has a very heavily armored humanoid appearance, being entirely various shades of gray, other than the green glow emitting from his eye slots. It's unknown whether anything resides within the 'armor', or if it's part of his natural body. The SpecTrix symbol is on his chest.
Weaknesses[]
NUclES's abilities have a very short range, meaning that he has to be in direct contact with the object he wants to transmute. In addition, his abilities are very difficult to use for the inexperienced.
