This is the version of Morty that appears on Earth-68, the universe owned by Dioga beta. He appears as a major character in Ryder 10, and a minor character in the John Smith 10 franchise.
Morty first appeared when Ryder and Ester made it to the Mt. Rushmore plumber base. He bravely assists by fighting Vilgax. Since then, he assists in the Plumber base during the events that occur.
Once Ryder, Ester and Kevin become official Plumbers, Morty is named their senior officer, and travels with them. His Plumber ship has been named the Rustbucket, resembling the Omniverse design Rustbucket. While resistant at first, Ryder eventually realizes that they need his help.
When left behind while the group went towards Mexico, he follows them, rescuing them from the Forever Knights. He rescues them again at the Temple of Ek Chuaj, wrestling with the guardian Ah Puch. He has shown a passion for wrestling, dawning a wrestling outfit when the group enters a wrestling tournament.

He debuts in The Color of Monkey (Ryder 10), and makes regular appearances since. His appearances start to die down after his first season as a team member, but he still plays a major role.
