Mortatrix

The completed Mortatrix is a device built to be the most dangerous weapon potentially in the Omniverse.

Appearance[]

The completed Mortatrix looks identical to the original being a bulky and strange watch, hidden in the band of the device are tendrils that latch onto the user painlessly. The device looks more akin to its original version and has minimal changes outside of slight cosmetic and possibly minor internal changes. The dial has changed colors to reflect the completed version and the dial has minor changes mostly the lack of a button.

Origins[]

The perfected Mortatrix was created by a Galvan who is named Azmuth but not him, only sharing his name and unlike him is much smarter but only benefitted by using his science for his own sick and twisted games. Unlike the original story, this Azmuth had much more time and plenty of readily duped assistants such as Vilgax and Kyber who served by going around the Universe gathering DNA.

Within a few decades and having tied up many loose ends, the Hateful galvan had finished his creation. This device though was much more different, he believed in equal deliverances. Some races had their uses but most did not and so in an attempt to make the galvans the most dominant life form in the universe he had set out and finished the Mortatrix. With his work complete went to work using it but unfortunately, the device itself grew wise enough to not allow such a worthless creature wear it. Instead of wearing it, it killed the galvan not before sampling his DNA.

Modes[]

-Active: The proper Mortatrix does not time out and can be used at any time ethier by thoughts or if the device detects a threat to the user.

-Scanner: The Mortatrix can sample DNA from anything virtually, hybrids, mutants even non-sapient life forms and add their DNA to its database providing them specialized items and equipment to stabilize them for the user to avoid damaging their mind.

-Locked Transformations: Unless the devices wants, the user cannot de-transform once a transformation occurs and will keep swapping the user to better deal with threats or better achieve its goal.

-Recalibration: The device under extreme circumstances can recalibrate, fixing all of its previous errors and improving on its functionality, currently it is has not been able to do so.

Features[]

General[]

The Mortatrix contains at a bare minimum, the features and functions of every canon Omnitix model including the Antitrix.
Holographic interface: can be used in transformations or the default form
Quick-change feature: automatically transforms the user to any form if it detects a threat or the user wishes.
Synchronization: The Mortatrix oddly enough is capable of synchronizing with virtually any technology and can copy/download data to better improve its functions such as when it came into contact with Albedo's Ultimatrix.
The Mortatrix has a 2-way communication system, this can be for the user to allies or from the Mortatrix to the user.
The Mortatrix has a distress signal function and homing device, this was added by Vilgax in the case his "friend" would be in trouble and needed aid.
The Mortatrix has a fail-safe that kicks in in the event that the user's life is in jeopardy. This feature turns them into the needed alien to survive;
The Mortatrix has it's own AI;
The Mortatrix can detect other Matrix cores and similiar technologies.
Stabilizer: Proper stability added to all transformations to make them always the prime version, in addition to the modifications the dial doesn't look like a broken mess stuck to the flesh.
Evolutionary function: From a pale imitation, this modified scenario pushes the DNA to the absolute limit to the point they are savage monsters with unparalleled power.
DNA Storing: Unlike the Prime omnitrix this device makes the user a full-blown alien with ALL their natural instincts and self intact, no savage brutes. Transformations are the best example of savage battle ready nature and are always prime adults, this even extends into the ultimate forms.
The Mortatrix is capable of scanning DNA from the same species to replace a sample.
The Mortatrix is capable of working under intense pressures even in a black hole.
The Mortatrix has proper fail-safes to prevent tampering, hacking or hijacking.
The Mortatrix unintentionally will grant the user a more mutated appearance with more uses.
Life support function: Providing life-support for the aliens to prevent others from harming or tampering with the user' forms.
Forced Lock function: In the case the device requires repair it will go into matinence, the device will glow bright yellow and the dial will turn a pure black color.
Auto-Matic Repair: This feature allows the device to repair itself from any errors or issues that arise and even enforce a recalibration when necessary.
The Mortatrix has a security feature that deploys Omni-Armours, a function added by Kybher for his fascination with predators.
The Mortatrix's Omni-Armours amplify the aliens capabilities and do not take extra energy to maintain due to the proper stabilization added. This functions the exact same way as the omni-armored forms in the reboot.

Extensions[]

Threat Detection: The Mortatrix if it senses a threat to its purpose or the user will automatically transform them.
Life-Sign detection: The Mortatrix can detect life-signals of others and properly address it by usually transforming.
Stealth Mode: The Mortatrix will alter itself if decidedly that the situation calls for it.
Selective dial: The display of aliens is somewhat functional, the aliens can be displayed akin to the prime Omnitrix but usually randomly cycles through before selection is complete.
Inactive interface: Unlike the original it has all the functions of a "Universal watch" being able to tell time, dimension, reality, location, ect of wherever the user is at.
In line with some Omnitrix models, this watch can both take and call interdimensional calls.
The Mortatrix has a security lock system so that it can only be used by the user, as well as an alternate identification program if changes by outside forces occurs to the user.
The Mortatrix has fail-safes installed by Azmuth that prevent Galvanic Mechamorphs from tampering with the device. There was only one, Malware who was a galvanic mechamorph Azmuth made by complete accident.
This device is controlled by an AI that has Azmuth's personality and so the device makes quick decisions out of hatred technically.
The user can control their form but the immense powers do require further control to use properly.

note: every transformation more or less resembles a altered and heavily mutated but savage version of their main-line counterpart, every form is by design significantly stronger than their prime counterparts but severely more dangerous to use.

Malfunctions/Errors[]

-The Mortatrix's fail safes are not perfect and can glitch due to the fact that so many worked on it besides Azmuth.

-The security features of the armors can unintentionally mutate the alien requiring it to go into repair.

-Due to the original device's errors, this carries the same painful use and horrid transformation process although in a instant the user feels every bit of pain.

-Due to a glitch, the user has been locked to the first ten samples put into the device. This has been somewhat fixed by the user manually not picking these forms.

-Ironically, the device is not fool proof and could be hacked by Albedo or Azmuth of this dimension, mostly due to the tampering done by ben in grey matter.

-The transformations powers are hard to manage due to them being much stronger, more so than the canon ultimates of their race.

Trivia[]

-The Completed Mortatrix is actually used to try and be a hero despite the constant damage it cause

-Ben actually never killed gwen or max, this happened because the device didn't deem them a threat and for a while max and gwen were just confused why ben didn't take the watch he found off until vilgax's lackey siphon appeared causing it to activate.

-The Ultimates are more akin to a mix of the shows and Orash's ultimate forms, for example this Chamalien would have both sets of powers in addition to his enhanced ones, Ultimates even have old genetics the lost in their evolution re-activated and enhanced drastically.

-Despite the improvements, it is still considered illegal by the plumbers and while max vouched for it ben was considered a fugitive of the law.

-The device does hurt to wear in general.

-Before his death, khyber did make a nemetrix prototype, although this device was later stolen by malware and used to kill this version of XLR8.
