Moranna Ceres is a former antagonist and secondary protagonist from Tech 10: Rebooted. She appears as a secondary character in Tech 10: Star Spirit and Tech Cross.

- Moranna's Tarot is II - The High Priestess, which is a symbol of hidden knowledge, wisdom, female mystery and magic.
- Moranna was originally envisioned in 2012 as an evil counterpart to Tech with her own dark versions of his aliens. Her character went through multiple revisions from this point onwards until her eventual debut in 2015.
