Moonlight Smoke is the fusion between Moonlight Shadow and an unidentified alien in Ben 10: Omnitrix Unlimited. He can only be accessed by using the Omnitrix 2.
Appearance[]
Moonlight Smoke has the body type of Moonlight Shadow, but ?'s smoke replaces the shadow parts covering his rocky form. The craters are replaced by black pores of roughly the same size, through which he generates smoke. Depending on the lunar phase, the smoke pattern will change accordingly. He wears ?'s breathing apparatus, which covers his entire mouth like a mouth guard and connects with tubes to his throat and back of a skull. As a result, Moonlight Smoke has a very deep and raspy voice. He also wears ?'s silver segmented metallic gauntlets and boots. Like both of the aliens comprising him, he has green glowing eyes, but will change to white during his Lunar Eclipse form and red during his Solar Eclipse form.
Moonlight Smoke wears the Omnitrix 2 symbol on his chest.

- Moonlight Manipulation: Moonlight Smoke retains Moonlight Shadow's moonlight manipulation and it functions in largely the same way. The applications of this power so far have been:
- Enhanced Strength: Moonlight Smoke possesses strength far superior to that of a human's. By infusing his fists with moonlight, he is able to literally send an armored person flying away at a significant distance.
- Moonlight Healing: Moonlight Smoke possesses the ability to heal himself and others by infusing them with moonlight, which is sufficient to even negate the effects of a time ray.
- Smoke Manipulation: Moonlight Smoke retains ?'s smoke manipulation and it functions in largely the same way. The applications of this power so far have been:
- Smoke Transformation: Moonlight Smoke possesses the ability to turn himself into a gaseous, smoke-like form. While in this state, he is impervious to physical attacks and is able to fly.
- Smoke Generation: Moonlight Smoke possesses the ability to generate smoke from pores on his body, which is thick enough to create a large fog.
- Smoke Concentration: Moonlight Smoke possesses the ability to control the density of the smoke he generates and even direct it at specific targets, causing them to suffocate.
Weaknesses[]
- Strong Winds: Moonlight Smoke's smoke can be blown away by strong winds, which includes himself if he has turned into his gaseous form.
- Breathing Apparatus Depedency: Moonlight Smoke requires his breathing apparatus to breathe properly. If it is damaged in some way, he will slowly enter a comatose state and unless it is replaced or repaired shortly after, he will die.
