Min 13 is the Atomnitrix's DNA sample of a Nanochip.
Appearance[]
Min 13 is about an inch tall at full size. He has blueish-grey skin and possesses blue wings as well as the Atomnitrix symbol at his forehead. He is composed of carbon/silicon based mechanical body and speaks with a robotic tone, but high pitched. He has four small eyes around the Atomnitrix similar to Foulfly. His feet bear resemblence to mechanical claws. His body also emits a bright blue glow that completely surrounds him.
Powers and Abilities[]
Min 13 has the ability to fly. He is very agile, and his wings glow when he is airborn.
Min 13 can reduce his size, even to microscopic scales. He can return to his original size, but cannot grow any larger.
Min 13 can launch blue bioelectrical energy from his hands, ranging in forms from beams to orbs.
Min 13 has the ability to adapt his opponents.
Min 13 is invulnerable to a Polymorph's Acidic fluids.

- He is technically a Human/Nanochip Hybrid.
- Zach states that he can't take Min 13 seriously because of his voice.
- Dill describes Min 13 as "not like anything Dill has turned into before" because Min 13 is part human/part drone and thus makes him a hive mind-based organism (Human/Nanochip hybrid).
