Mercurious has the ability to generate liquid mercury from between the metallic sheets on his skin. He can shape this liquid mercury in any way he wants and can solidify it if necessary.
Weaknesses[]
Mercurious cannot prevent his mercury from being toxic, and so must be careful to avoid poisoning his allies.

Etymology[]
- Mercurious's name is a portmanteau of "mercury", referencing his abilities, and "curious".
- Hydrargyrum is a former name for the element mercury.
- Cynnabryte is a corruption of "cinnabarite", the primary ore elemental mercury is obtained from.

- Mercurious was designed in reference to the star sign Virgo, whose ruling planet is the planet Mercury.
