MALtruant is a fusion of what remained of Maltruant inside the Crucible vaults and Malware after the end of Ben 10: Omniverse. He is half Chronosapien, from the Crucible, and half Galvanic Mechamorph from the moon Galvan B in Earth-1010.
Appearance[]
MALtruant takes the appearance mostly of Maltruant's Omniverse appearance but with a metallic black paint job interspersed with bright red lines indicating his Mechamorphic nature.
Personality[]
Maltruant is a confident and aggressive villain, who will often involve himself in a fight knowing that he can do a better job than his minions.
In Road Trip, Maltruant is very concerned about the fact that he is supposedly trapped in a time loop, to be smashed to pieces and scattered across the multiverse again and again for eternity.
Biography[]
During the events of Ben 10: Omniverse, Maltruant waged a Time War to try and send himself to pre-universe history to alter the Big Bang to his own will. First, however, he had to rebuild himself as his components were scattered across multiple times and places in the multiverse. In the end, he was foiled and destroyed by Ben Tennyson, his pieces once more scattered and he became trapped in a time loop.
Ben 10: Road Trip[]
In Time Trials, Ben was shown that Maltruant had been mostly rebuilt and locked in the deep vaults in the heart of the Crucible. Needing to ensure the time loop such that his past self could meet Maltruant, Eon brought Malware's remains into the vault with the intent to fuse it with Maltruant to awaken him and create MALtruant. He hesitated, and Time Breaker Vilgax ended up being the one to resurrect MALtruant. Maltruant then left alongside Timekiller.
Some point later, he was taken to Timekiller's Base. He went back to the Heaven Wars and stole the Techadon Degradations from the Techadon homeworld immediately prior to their invasion by the Ramiel Monoliths.
