Lord Decibel is one of the many enemies of Neon.
Appearance[]
Lord Decibel has a suit that acts as a form of communication when he uses his keyboard. It displays letters, numbers, and symbols on his mask thanks to a projector of some kind. The text displayed on his mask is colored in different shades of pink.
Personality[]
Lord Decibel is a murderous sadist. He enjoys seeing people suffer from headaches to even ear bleeding from his music.
Prior to the start of the series, he was only motivated only by money, notably asking for large amounts of money in a ridiculously short time for anyone to take it to him, but he was defeated numerous times by Neon, and he slowly lost his sanity.
Now not only he asks for money, but he can easily take innocent lives if he's provoked. He now only wants to see the world burn and to see the misery of innocents.

Lord Decibel has a suit that acts as a form of communication to his victims when he uses his keyboard. His keyboard is capable of sound manipulation.
Crimes[]
Before he went to Asaka Music Festival, it's revealed he went to another festival which asked for 100,000,000 ¥ in 10 minutes. The goal wasn't hit in time causing him to use his technique called Perish Song which caused the loss of 200 innocent lives.

- The exterior design of Lord Decibel's helmet is similar to Daft Punk member Guy-Manuel de Homem-Christo's helmet.
- He alongside Weatherheads are the only Reboot villains that appear in Neon 10.
