Living Laser has the appearance of a robotic humanoid. Completely encased in armor, as he is literally a living laser, his forearms and chest cavity was completely orange with small spikes, showcasing the lasers within him trying to escape. He has big, black shoulder pads and his innards are seen through translucent material at the top of his arms. His abdomen showcases more of the translucent material. His legs are completely covered in orange metal plating with silver bands lining the front of them. His feet and hands also have the material, along with his entire face and neck, save for spiked, hair-like features and a silver mask around his mouth.
The Gammatrix symbol is located in the center of his abdomen.

The way he uses his ability is by coursing the available energy inside of his veins and spreading it towards his palms, where he fires it off. He can also mimic the energy he absorbs.
