The Kostruer Belt is a solar system that is home to the Lapluromini.

Lapluromini prefer to keep their distance from the rest of the galaxy. They have designated Sentinels that form hard light constructs in order to further shield the Konstruer Belt. Not many species know of their existence, but the ones who do sought them out due to their potential in medical advancement.
Lapluromini operate as a monarchy.
Architecture is a popular profession among Lapluromini. Buildings come and go as quickly as night and day sometimes, and there is an emphasis on letting each architect's style shine.
A Lapluromini's nanites can be utilized for a variety of medical purposes, such as advancing cellular regeneration of any type, regulating autoimmune disorders and even performing nanosurgery, including precise and otherwise impossible tumor excisions. Once their purpose is fulfilled, the Lapluromini can safely extract the nanites from the patient. Some of the people they treat are tagged with some nanites, to keep tabs on the outside worlds.
