Kelsey is a character in Pokémon Sky. She is a Hydreigon from The Off-the-ground.
Appearance[]
She is a dragon with long, messy, shaggy hair. Her bangs fall over her eyes. Her hands are faces, with long messy, shaggy, hair and bangs that fall over her eyes. (Which of the mouths would lead to the butt?) She wears a spiked choker and two spiked bracelets. (If your hands are mouths, wouldn’t they also be chokers?)

She is tough, aggressive, and ruthles. She doesn’t care what anyone thinks of her. She is violently protective of Derwin.

She can fly, and shoot fire.
When Micheal uses his Dynamax Band, she can Dynamax.

Derwin had a crush on Kelsey for awhile. In that café from Pride Month, Derwin met Kelsey face-to-face for the first time and confessed her love. Kelsey then admitted her crush on Derwin. Derwin and Kelsey are now datemates.
