Hey! Why don't you pick on someone with real firepower?

–Karen's quote.

Karen Satō (佐藤カレン) is a 10 year old 5th grade student who becomes Heatblast with her Heatblast DISK. Her Exo-Hero code is X-1.

Exodus Heatblast.

As Heatblast, Karen becomes a pyrokinetic, meaning she has the ability to generate and manipulate intense heat and fire from his body. She can form fire into any shape that she chooses, commonly fireballs. She can also enhance the fire in her hands for flaming punches, and can breathe fire like a dragon. To top it all off, she can even absorb heat and fire at the same time. This means she can put out a fire faster than she can start one.

Karen's fire can become hot enough to melt a tank or a road.

Karen can make her flames explosive, explaining why her fire tended to cause explosions on a regular basis. On that note, she can even create fire uses with the snap of her fingers. She can also create sharp fire-made disks and throw them as slicing weapons.

On occasion, Karen has been shown to be able to instantly travel distances by enveloping herself in a tornado-like swirl of smoke, and disappearing before any smoke clears, zipping through the air to a new location. The extent of this pyroportation is unknown, and has only been shown transporting him small distances.

Karen can create a small fire-board on which she can ride at high speeds by launching fire backwards like an engine. On this board, she has enough skill to ride in a continuous circle.

Karen is able to teleport by producing a fiery tornado around herself, as shown when he avoided getting hit by a subway train and appeared again on top of it. Similarly, she can even transport others to safety inside his tornadoes without burning them with her fire.

Due to being made of fire and charcoal, Karen glows in the dark like a candle. Furthermore, she is fireproof, heat resistant, and invulnerable to magma.

Karen is cold resistant and ice proof thanks to the heat she produces.

Karen is capable of limited terrakinesis by channeling fire through the ground. One result of this capability is the ability to surf through the air on a board of rock.

Karen has enhanced strength.

Karen has enhanced durability.

Karen is capable of jumping exceptionally high.

Karen can swim and use her powers underwater, but with a very low intensity. Ironically, she can even breathe underwater despite being a fire-based alien.

When infected with a cold, Karen's powers are completely inverted, making her pyrokinesis becoming cryokinesis, and she is constructed of icy fire rather than regular fire.

If exposed to enough water or fire-extinguishing substances, Karen's fire will be extinguished, though she can still heat up and reignite her fire in short amounts of time.

As mentioned above, when under the effects of a cold, Karen's pyrokinesis is replaced with cryokinesis (the ability to create and control cold and ice). Despite these new powers, she works completely "nonfunctional" to his fiery nature and the cold still prejudiced her health, meaning that it's still technically a "weakness," but not totally since it never exactly slowed her down (albeit taking a while to master it).

If Karen isn't careful, she may cause a fire that will accidentally go out of control and spread in certain areas.

Because of her fiery body, on occasion, Karen cannot hold anything without burning or melting it. She is also prone to burning the place where she sits. Similarly, she can leave scorch mark footprints on certain floors.

Despite having a body made of fire, Karen can still be rendered immobile by ice until she melts it off.

Karen can be temporarily blinded by adhesives.

Despite her enhanced durability, Karen can still feel pain from heavy impacts.

Being a Pyronite, Karen is vulnerable to being trapped by a Crabdozer.

Karen is vulnerable to the telekinetic abilities.

Karen can get dizzy by flying around in a continuous circle at extremely high speeds.
