Appearance
JellyFritz looks similar to AmpFibian, except that he is a pastel teal-like colour, with blue eyes, following the colour of the Hero Watch. The rim of the Hero Watch is coloured gold.
JellyFritz wears the Hero Watch on his mouth.
Powers and Abilities
JellyFritz can manipulate, produce, and absorb electrical energy, such as lightning and the Piscciss Volann guards' energy net. That energy is than launched out of his tentacles as attacks.
Similar to Mr. Freak and Freezeghost, along with Ghostfreak and Big Chill, JellyFritz can make himself intangible. Correlating with this, he is capable of electrically shocking any objects and beings he phases through.
JellyFritz can fly and is agile enough to dodge attacks while flying.
JellyFritz can breathe underwater, the latter of which allows him to swim at superhuman speeds. He can also safely produce and discharge electricity underwater.
JellyFritz's tentacles can extend multiple times their length.
Similar to Upgrade and Buzzshock, JellyFritz can become pure energy in order to enter electrical cables and generate a large energy blast that surrounds him, as demonstrated by Ra'ad.
JellyFritz has degree of enhanced strength, enough to restrain Phil with his tentacles, as shown with AmpFibian.
Even though his body is frail, JellyFritz is durable enough to withstand being throw against a wall, as shown with AmpFibian when he fought Solid Plugg. He is also durable to Neuroshock blasts as seen with AmpFibian and his battle against Swift.
JellyFritz can read both human and Osmosians' thoughts by sensing the electrical pulses of their minds; this feat was only demonstrated by Ra'ad on Kevin.
JellyFritz can survive in the vacuum of space and generate a protective energy shield around himself; these feats were both exclusively demonstrated by Ultimate Aggregor during his visit to the Perplexahedron.
Weaknesses
JellyFritz's intangibility is useless against other beings that can also become intangible, as it will cancel out their abilities to do so.
JellyFritz is weak against enemies who can drain electricity, like Phil. Furthermore, JellyFritz's electric attacks are useless against Solid Plugg because he is made out of super dense rubber.
Since his body is very frail, heavy objects falling on JellyFritz can make him faint.
Despite his durability, JellyFritz can still be harmed by an Aerophibian's neuroshock blasts.
JellyFritz is vulnerable to magic, as shown when AmpFibian got trapped in Gwen's mana shields.
Despite being able to use his electricity underwater, JellyFritz can accidentally shock himself if he is entering or partially in water, as demonstrated with Ra'ad.

Etymology
JellyFritz's name is a combination of "jellyfish", referencing his jellyfish nature; and "fritz", referencing his electrical abilities.
