Personality[]
InnovateShock has a strong desire to break and remake machines, making him difficult to control.
As shown in several episodes in The New Omniverse, InnovateShock says, "FIX FIX FIX FIX FIX!" and "Reassemble, disassemble!"
Powers[]
InnovateShock has the ability to release strong, yellow electrical charges from any part of his body. By covering objects with his electricity, InnovateShock can telekinetically move them. His electricity can move along a surface to cover an object or shock a target.
InnovateShock is more agile than he looks, as he jumped over Buglizard, and can run on all fours.
InnovateShock is physically enhanced, as shown when he punched Buglizard until the ground was broken, to the point where he and Buglizard fell through into the subway. He can charge his impacts and collisions with electricity to enhance it, as well as move it along a surface.
InnovateShock has the ability to completely disassemble any kind of machinery in mere seconds, fitting to his Gremlin appearance. Despite it being harder for him to do due to his craving to destroy things, InnovateShock can also construct complex machinery from scratch at a similar rate.
InnovateShock has a form of enhanced strength, able to break a metal car brake in half. He is shown to be strong enough to break apart metal bars that even an Appoplexian could not break.
InnovateShock has a degree of enhanced agility.
As in accordance with his break it/fix it attributes, InnovateShock also boasts an impressive intellect, describing himself as "smart and stubborn".
Weaknesses[]
InnovateShock is helpless when he is insulated.
InnovateShock's electrical are useless if the enemy has enough insulation.
InnovateShock has a near uncontrollable habit of breaking machinery and assembling machines.
Like his name, most of the devices InnovateShock creates are basically on-the-fly or 'jury-rigged.' They are not normally meant to last, (except for the Tenn-Speed) and will eventually fail. InnovateShock's creations can be unstable and hard to control, much like InnovateShock himself.
