This alien is a combination of big chill and goop, being hardened and icy except for having the ability to send down rays of light, he has extremely hard skin to protect it's fluid and the wings keep it from getting hot.
Icicun is able to freeze anything into a block of ice, however, it can make a Electrical Bat screech and use it's wings to fold around it's body while sleeping in a cold place. Sometimes it is easil mistaken as a bat flying in the air after somebody has gone missing.
Yes, it coined The word Vampire in it's own way.
