Icicle is a large, blue colored iguana like being with small yellow slits for eyes and black and white cuffed sleeves on both arms and legs. It has 3 toes and jagged teeth.
Powers and abilities[]
Icicle has the ability to fire freezing beams of ice from his mouth, these can be used to freeze enemies and has also been used to slow down enemies.
He can easily move without slipping on any frozen surface.
