Heatfire is a fusion alien used by Ben 10,000 with the Biomnitrix. He is a fusion of Pyronite and Methanosian DNA originating from the Earth-MMVII.0279 universe in Ben 10: Beyond Bellwood. He appeared in Spanner In The Works.

He is a fusion of Heatblast and Swampfire.

Appearance

Heatfire is an alien made predominantly of dark green plant matter, dried almost to the point of being rock-like in texture. His body is covered in deep cracks that reveal an inner body of glowing molten rock. His head is surrounded by fire, with only the sharp-browed face being visible. Either side of his head is flanked by tall leaf-like flairs.

The Biomnitrix symbol is in the centre of his chest.

Powers and Abilities

As a fusion alien, Heatfire wields the abilities of both Heatblast and Swampfire, however at only half the strength of either alien individually.

Heatfire's body is laced with seeds. By pulling chunks of himself away he can throw it in order to rapidly grow plants wherever the chunk lands. These plants are writhing obsidian vines, and they are as immune to pyrokinetic attacks as Heatfire himself.

Weaknesses

Heatfire is a largely redundant fusion. His Pyrokinetic abilities lie somewhere between Heatblast and Swampfire (being weaker than the former but stronger than the latter) and his chlorokinetic abilities are outright weaker than Swampfire's. While is durable, he is less durable than Heatblast and less regenerative than Swampfire.

History

Heatfire was the first fusion alien used by Ben 10,000 after the development of the Biomnitrix. He debuted in Spanner In The Works where he freed himself from the rubble caused by the overload during the final stage of the Biomnitrix's creation. He fought and subdued briefly Kevin 11,000 by entangling him in obsidian vines.

• Heatfire being Ben's first fusion alien follows the trope of his first aliens always being fire aliens. In this case more specifically, he is a fusion of the first alien from the original series and Alien Force.
• Heatfire's build and powers more closely resemble Swampfire's Withered form than his blossomed form.
  • The art for Heatfire used the second stage of Swampfire's Blossoming as a base.
